Chestal® For relief of cough due to minor throat or bronchial irritation as may occur with the common cold. Adults:  take 1 tablespoon 4 to 6 times a day.  For severe coughs, repeat every 20 minutes for the first hour, then 1 tablespoon every 2 hours.  Children 2-12 years of age:  Take 1 teaspoon 3 to 5 times a day.  Children under 2 years:  Consult a physician. For best results, take at least 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after meals.
