bulletWhat methods of payment do you accept?
 
 
You may either pay by Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Money Orders, cashier’s check and personal checks are also welcome.
 
 
When paying by credit card please ensure that your bill to name and address match your credit card exactly, that way your order will not be delayed.
 
Please note that if you supply an incorrect or incomplete shipping address our carriers charge a $10.00 service charge that will be charged to you, so it is vital that we receive the accurate and complete shipping address. Please do not forget to enter your apartment or suite number.
 
 
 
 
bulletHow much do you charge for shipping within the U.S.?

 

We charge a flat fee of $6.25 via USPS Priority Mail or $8.99 via UPS Ground per domestic order regardless of quantity or weight.  

 

 

 
For small packages it is more economical to choose USPS Priority Mail. Please note that all PO Box and military addresses can only be shipped via United States Postal Service. All Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped via this method also.
 
Heavier orders or orders over $100 are typically more economical to be shipped via UPS Ground.
 
*2nd day air shipping is also offered for faster delivery. A flat rate of $19.95 is charged for UPS 2nd day air service or 2nd day air USPS Express Mail service. (Either service may be used depending on weight and destination.) 
Upgrading your order to 2nd day air service does not mean that you are guaranteed to receive your package in 2 days. It only reduces the time your order is in transit. Shipping Charges for expedited Express delivery which is delayed due to bad weather are NOT refundable.
 
bullet    How long will it take before I receive my U.S. order?

 

Most U.S. orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).  Lab items such as higher strength potencies, unit doses, liquid dilutions and mother tinctures may take longer to ship as these items are made to order manufactured items that need to be prepared by the pharmacist. Please see shipping transit time frames below:

 

 

USPS Priority Mail: small orders, PO Boxes, military addresses, Alaska addressses, Hawaii addresses - Approximately 2-4 business days
UPS Ground: Large Orders, Orders over $100 - Approximately 2-7 business days
UPS 2nd day air- *2 business days
USPS 2nd day air Express Mail Shipping - *2 business days (for all PO Box, military, Alaska and Hawaii addresses)
*Upgrading your order to 2nd day air service does not mean that you are guaranteed to receive your package in 2 days. It only reduces the time your order is in transit. Shipping Charges for expedited Express delivery which is delayed due to bad weather are NOT refundable. However, we do everything possible to process stock orders and ship orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Non-stock items may take longer.

bulletHow long will it take before I receive my International order and what are the shipping costs?
 
Due to the high cost involved in overseas shipping, most International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Airmail service or USPS Prority Mail with a delivery time of approximately two to three weeks depending on customs inspection times for your country.
 
A flat fee of $19.95 is charged for all international orders regardless of quantity or weight.

You may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or other fees which are levied after a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In compliance with international rules and regulations, customs forms for international packages will always list the value of your order's contents to facilitate customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for paying all customs, duties, taxes, and fees once the product has been shipped by ehealthland.com.
 
 
 
 
bulletHow will I know if any of my items are on backorder?   
 
 
Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your order. We will notify you immediately if an item is on backorder via e-mail or phone.  At that time you may cancel the backorder.  If you choose to wait for the backorder, the item will be shipped out as soon as possible at no additional shipping cost.  Please note backorders will be very rare.
 
 
Occasionally, potencies requested will not be available as requested. At that time, you will be notified by e-mail if the nearest substitution is acceptable before shipping the order.

bulletWhat is your return policy?
 
 
eHealthLand must be notified of any problems with the products shipped to the customer within 5 days of receipt of the products, otherwise the customer will be deemed to HAVE ACCEPTED the goods.
 
 
All returns must be pre-approved by a customer service representative by e-mail. An Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # will be given at that time, which must be attached to all correspondence (letter, invoice, etc with returned product). eHealthLand will not approve return of any product more than 30 days past receipt date.
 
In the event of a shipping error, manufacturing problem or customer service error, every effort will be made to remedy the situation.
In the event of customer error, credit will not be issued until product is received in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back at his/her own expense. Please note all single remedies will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, all combination remedies will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
